To build relationships with local businesses and industries for student co-op, work based learning, and
job-shadowing experiences. -
To react to requests by the business and industry community for the delivery of industry specific training.

To promote and assist in building business consortia.

To assist qualified companies in obtaining financial support for their customized training requests.

To assist area technology centers in building capacity to meet industry training requests.

To promote apprenticeship opportunities.
